Step - 2

Carefully package the item, include the return authorization, and attach the return-shipping label to the box.

Send the package back to us using the provided shipping instructions.
Important Return Guidelines
  • All returned items must include the original packaging and all contents, such as certificates, cases, and any accompanying materials.
  • Items must be in like-new condition. Returns may be refused, or restocking fees applied if:
    • The original packaging is missing.
    • The item shows signs of wear, damage, or has missing parts.
    • The item was improperly packaged for return.
    • The item has been customized or altered (e.g., engraved or resized).
Additional Notes
  • Bidding Returns:
    • Items won through bidding can also be returned within the 60-day period if they meet the return requirements.
    • Refunds for bid items will be processed to your GemBash Wallet or your original payment method.
  • Refund Processing Time:
    • Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a defect or damage, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, return shipping fees may apply.
  • International Returns:
